Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sign Craft Biz website and services (the “Services”) operated by Sign Craft Biz, LLC (“Sign Craft Biz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Business owners must have authority to represent the business they list or claim.

3. Directory services

Sign Craft Biz provides an online directory that helps customers find sign printing, vehicle wrap, banner, and related businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings, the quality of any business’s work, or that a quote request will result in a sale.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

5. Business listings and user content

Business owners may claim, create, and manage listings. By submitting content (including business descriptions, logos, photos, and videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site and in promotional materials related to the directory.

You represent and warrant that your content:

• Is accurate and does not mislead customers.
• Does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Does not violate any law or contain defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent material.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the directory or its users.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Business memberships and featured placements are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

• Membership: $49 per month, or $441 per year during eligible promotional periods.
• Featured placement: $299 per month per city (including the surrounding service area), one Featured shop per city, subject to slot availability. Online payment for Featured placement is not live yet.
• Pay per lead: $20 per converted lead, billed only when the lead is marked “won” in the business dashboard. Moving a lead out of “won” before it is charged removes the charge. Charging for Pay Per Lead is not live yet, and no Pay Per Lead charges are made until it launches.

Annual promotional pricing is available until the posted deadline. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

7. Refund and cancellation policy

• You may cancel your membership or featured placement at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Lead disputes: if you believe a billed lead isn’t genuine, flag it from your dashboard with a reason. An administrator reviews each dispute and resolves it manually. There is no automatic refund or credit.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

8. Leads and quotes

When a customer submits a quote request through the Site, the information is forwarded to the relevant business or businesses. We are not a party to any agreement between the customer and the business and are not responsible for the outcome of any project.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest directory data without our written permission.
• Submit false or misleading business information or reviews.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or listing at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that we determine harms the Services or other users.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sign Craft Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sign Craft Biz, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

14. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
